This is the magical girl Idol Venus, a character from a comic script that Kuno Christoffel and I were working on. A parody of various magical girl concepts. There is a bit of a problem to it, as I have since learned of another comic that uses the same basic concept, so who knows if we'll ever finish this one or not.
