Chris here is one of the central characters of 3 Jewels. The resident techie/science officer on board the Cheng Ho, he specializes in astronavigation and physics. He has cybernetic enhancements that give him superhuman vision, which allows him to perform delicate electronic repairs with the "naked eye". So why, you may ask, does he wear glasses? He doesn't. What look like vision correction lenses are in fact a miniature screen that allows him to recieve realtime news, stock updates, or perform a number of other functions.
