The Italian Aprile represents, predictably, the month of April. In her official art, she has a satchel, a first aid kit, and is the only Doll whose armband does not sport the Shadowloo golden lightning bolt, but instead is emblazoned with a red cross. It is plausible that she was sent to fight Rose at some point, and perhaps was spying on her. Otherwise, nothing is known about her.
