Despite her pleasant words, however, CereCere is the most devious of the Quartet. When she decides she wants something - which is frequently - she will stop at very little to achieve it. Even her fellow members of the Quartet and comrades in the Dead Moon Circus can be the victims of CereCere's ruthless actions, if they get in the way of what she wants. Indeed, CereCere's thoughtless little cruelties can often work against her, as unintended repurcussions end up hindering her later. Again, she is not so much actively malicious as supremely selfish: it simply doesn't occur to CereCere that there is anything that might be more important than what she wants right now, much like it doesn't occur to a fish to play the stock market. CereCere is fairly good at hiding this, however, and even people who know her can often be fooled by her innocent demeanour.
CereCere fancies herself a master of flowers, as well as being the Quartet's trapeze artist. She is capable of causing plants to sprout and grow to maturity with a thought, and she also has access to esoteric plants which can do such things as knock out anyone who breathes their pollen, or cause a swirl of flower petals to hypnotise a victim. While she never displays anything quite on the level of Pink and Link, her powers are nonetheless formidible. She is physically adept, as well as especially fond of mid-air acrobatics. CereCere is also probably the most intelligent member of the Quartet, and she is capable of coming up with a reasonably good plan on the fly in response to unexpected events.
