Dok

Not much is known about the Doctor behind the creation of the freak chip vampires; not even his name. He is known simply as "Dok" or "Doctor". He is indisputably the man who managed to turn the supernatural power of vampires into something of an assembly line, trading off some of the vampire's more fearsome abilities for sheer superhuman strength and immortality in the process.

Dok, like most of Millennium's membership, is insane. He acts as the Major's second in command, and is completely dedicated to fulfilling the madman's agenda of an endless war. Unlike the Major, he is more concerned with experimenting in creating new weapons and methods of making war. He is not as reckless as the Major and prefers to stay away from the front line of combat whenever possible. His experiments led to the creation of Schrodinger, and as such he has an almost parental relationship with the young man... though more "often frustrated" father than "doting" one.

Presumably, due to his lack of aging, Dok is a vampire, however this can not be assumed with certainty. He has displayed no superhuman powers and steadfastly avoids confrontation. Dok's primary advantage is his twisted intellect. He can manufacture bio-weapons out of human subjects, often creating a freak chip vampire with only an hour or two of effort. His genius could certainly expand in more diabolical and destructive ways if given a chance.
