Kigaan is one of the youma servitors of Jadeite. She was tasked with driving a bus that transported the hypnotized victims of Jadeite's fake charm scheme into his 'evil dimension'. Aside from this, and a remarkable level of physical ability for a youma (she caught Sailor Moon's Moon Tiara attack, for instance), Kigaan is otherwise unnoteworthy.
