Rip Van Winkle

Rip Van Winkle is one of the "Werewolves", the elite among the vampire soldiers of Millenium. She was a soldier recruited by Kreig at some point that isn't made clear. She is primarily noteworthy for her fanatical devotion to Kreig and his ideals.

Rip models herself after the "Freeshooter", an old German opera. She has developed the technique of the "magic bullet" which she can direct with her will. She uses an old-fashioned breechloading musket when employing this technique, though if this is a neccesity or an affectation is not clear. The "magic bullet" can travel at supersonic speeds, able to down incoming aircraft and rockets with ease.

Rip is a woman of two faces. She often presents herself as cheerful and upbeat, with pleasant words for her fellows. She speaks in a very elevated manner, frequently using complex diction. However, in an instant she can convert to her true nature: a cold-blooded, vicious killer. Like most vampires, she revels in bloodshed and destruction and enjoys taunting her enemies with her superior skills and intellect. Her only true loyalty is to the Major, and she views those who have betrayed their own people for a taste of immortality with the utmost contempt.

Rip, like all freak chip vampires, has the standard suite of supernatural powers: superhuman strength, speed, endurance, etc.
