She is an extremely enigmatic and mysterious person, who prefers to keep her secrets and instead reveal cryptic clues to others. Partially, this is due to the fact she herself does not know the whole truth of her being.
In fact, Rose is actually an abandoned portion of M. Bison's soul, which he cast aside decades earlier in his mad quest for power, and it then attached itself to the spirit of an unborn child. Ironically enough, it was M. Bison who taught Rose to harness her "soul power" as a martial arts discipline. The two separated, however, their moralities incompatible. Years later, Rose and Bison fought, and Rose emerged victorious, believing she had killed the tyrant. However, this was not in fact the case, and she has since had grim forebodings of the future.
It is unknown who her hairstylist is.
