Sin Rubeo Amniculus was the third Zoalord ever created, and the first to be recruited by Hamilcal Valkus into that elevated state. For over three hundred years he has served faithfully as one of Arkanphel's 'divine rulers' and has had much to do with the rise of Chronos. As the oldest zoalord short of Valkus and Arkanphel himself, Amniculus is something of a de facto commander of the zoalord council. His authority allows him to summon the others to him and to take command away from them when he pleases.
Amniculus is a man who places a great deal of importance on loyalty and duty. He serves Arkanphel and Chronos honourably and places their needs as paramount. He is not given to introspection or philosophy, and treats his responsibilities with a blunt practicality. While he does not delight in slaughter or the darker aspects of Chronos operations, neither does he particularly abhor them. His closest friend and staunchiest ally among the council is Purgstall, and the two of them often form the core of the more rational and peaceful part of the council in debates.
As of this point in the Guyver series, we have not seen Amniculus transform into his battle form and so we have no idea what (if any) special powers or abilities he has. In his human form, he has the usual suite of zoalord abilities, including strength and power far in excess of even the most powerful hyper-zoanoid. He can project energy beams from the zoacrystal in his forehead, fly and use his telepathic abilities to communicate with and control zoanoids. Like all zoalords, he is something close to a living god, one whose power could easily level cities.
