The last of the awesome Sailor Moon gifts for this birthday, it's none other than the stupendously cool Oniwa Bandanna, youma ninja extraordinaire!

Even more awesome is that this is really one of the best cels you could hope to get of her, what with her hanging upside down and being all cool and ninja-like. The only unfortunate part is that the douga was a) stuck, and b) was missing her head, which is why I didn't bother scanning it. But still: badass youma ninja babe FTW!
