After all my gushing praise for Telulu actually being intelligent comes her predecessor. Was Mimete intelligent as well? Of course not! Mimete would be a contender for dumbest Sailor Moon villain if Kunzite wasn't around outshining everyone else. But Mimete was goddamn FUNNY, which is almost as good. And so I like her too. And not only is she funny, she has great visuals, which is why she has enough caps to warrent her own gallery.
The fact she's basically like an evil version of Sailor Moon doesn't hurt.
