Will this stop Tenchi from ending up with Ryoko? Probably not. Will anything I say stop most fanboys from preferring Ryoko? Probably not. Do I particularly care? No.

However, I do have one beef to make: why is it that virtually every description of Aeka (bear in mind I'm talking about the OAVs here) describe her as "stuck-up", or some similar epithet? Let's see: invariably polite to anyone who is not deliberately hostile or antagonising to her? Check. Takes to menial work like laundry and dishwashing without a word of complaint, despite being a priviliged member of royalty who has never done anything like this in her life? Check. Treats pretty much anyone like an equal, despite the fact they're almost invariably not? Check.

Yeah, I can really see where that got started. Oh well, I suppose it'd be too much to expect only Ranma to have stupid fanboy misconceptions...
