It sure would've been nice if they'd found room, in and around the giant pointless bullshit 'plot' with Mihoshi's brother, for Aeka to do anything! Like, at all!
But then again, considering how terrible the third OAV was on basically every conceivable measure except CG, it may be just as well they didn't.
Although, cripes, she could at least have beaten up her own Galaxy Police thugs rather than letting Ryo-ohki do it. Geez.
