Like what the hell is up with that?
Takahashi didn't use him much. I've seen him in like three fanfics ever. In the anime he's around more often, but still not every episode or anything. But you can count on the grinning bastard at least making a fricking cameo in every Ranma game, and he's usually one of the driving forces in the plot. Why?
