July 5, 2009: 5:55 p.m.: Well, it was a bit late, but in my defence, the actual "special project" was done on time; however, I was in Niagara falls for a few days and didn't have a chance to do up all the HTML. But now it's out, and the very last (!) Hybrid Theory-related update is up: the last Technique, a whole set of new chibi art by Kina de Grasse in the fanart section, and the aforementioned special project, a CGing of (most) of those chibis by yours truly to commemorate the last Technique. And so, we finally bid adieu to Hybrid Theory, the very first chapter of which was released five years ago this month, and work for which began six or seven months before that. Wow. As for future updates... uh... well, there might be some more galleries! And maybe a redesign so the site actually looks right in modern browsers! And a sweeping away of all the decade-old sophomoric humour! But don't hold your breath for any of it to be done by next month, since I'll be busy moving to Australia around then. Betcha wish you were me. Unless you hate heat and poisonous things. Or are Australian.
June 1, 2009: 8:49 p.m.: And here we are, determined to at least get the last Techniques out on time! It actually would have been two more updates and the end, but there's a special little project planned for the finale (by Blade, meaning it will actually get done) and so the last update will be next month. But hey, this one's actually on time! Rejoice, and go read Technique!
May 3, 2009: 1:17 p.m.: Wow, that's the longest break since, like, the beginning of Hybrid Theory. It's not entirely our fault, because the last update was actually all ready in December to go up when Blade's hard drive died without warning and took the update, two years worth of pictures including untold man-hours screencapping and photoshopping about 5000 pictures from the Japanese remastered Sailor Stars DVDs, all the writing Blade had done in the last year, and so many other things it's depressing to think about. So then there was a couple months of limbo while we waited to see if the hard drive could be recovered, followed by the discovery it was too expensive, followed by a difficult time overcoming the inertia of not having worked on web page stuff for several months. BUT WE'RE BACK. And not only that, as something of an apology there are two Technique updates, covering chapter 23-26. Next month should, barring further disasters or laziness, bring finally the end of the goddamn thing, which was supposed to take a couple months after Hybrid Theory ended and is now closing in on a year and a half. Geez. Oh, and this didn't come out on the first because somebody didn't get his work done, and he knows who he is. We'll try to do better next month! And then probably never update again! Rejoice!
November 30, 2008: 10:28 p.m.: A little early this month to make up for the last few. Shockingly, there is a new Technique done, yes, really! And with the sidestories, it's even longer than the others! Not only that, just because Blade loves you, there's some new Ranma 1/2 anime pans in the Akane, Joketsuzoku, Miscellaneous Characters, Kunous, Group, Ranma, Tendos, Ukyou, and Chardin (yay!) galleries.
November 4, 2008: 10:18 a.m.: Okay, this time I was just slack, since the update was ready to go the day before the end of the month. But hey, we gotta keep you on your toes! At least we actually made it worth your while... get ready for two new Techniques, making up for the month we missed! Sorry for the delay - we'll try to be good this month.
September 1, 2008: 2:28 p.m.: Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, it proved impossible to get a new Technique ready for this month's update. So, by way of compensation, I added a couple of hundred Tenchi screencaps, an entire new Strange Dawn gallery, and, oh yes, every single fricking Ranma gallery. So the 1500-odd new pictures on the site will hopefully help soothe your pain until next time.
August 2, 2008: 6:13 p.m.: Sorry about the delay in update; my old FTP solution had ceased being a solution and become a problem, so another had to be found. And what's in the update? Technique! Shockingly! And nothing else! Sorry. But in our defence, this is a particularly long Technique. God, it better not bloat up like the actual fanfic did.
July 1, 2008: 11:09 a.m.: Yes, this time Blade actually remembered to ask permission to post the fanart! Yes, yes, we know you've been waiting for two months with absolutely baited breath, we are sure. So satisfy your longing by checking out the Hybrid Theory fanart section and also, unsurprisingly, the regular Hybrid Theory section for new Technique goodness!
June 1, 2008: 10:34 p.m.: Okay, we lied. Or rather, forgot to ask permission and are unwilling to post fanart without it. But next time! Next time... unless we're wrong again. But in the meantime, fresh new Technique! Maybe it'll be done less than a year after Hybrid Theory itself was! Geez!
May 1, 2008: 9:33 p.m.: Sweet, it's almost regular again! Unfortunately, Blade is slack and doesn't have anything more interesting than Technique (and new Kina art, of course!) to upload. But we will next time, we promise!
April 1, 2008: 9:24 p.m.: Not a joke! Not a hoax! We actually are back with an update a month after the last one! Whoo-hoo! Unfortunately, there's not much here - but what there is is a new Technique chapter! Whee! And also for the approximately nobody who cares, Blade updated his favourite character list! Believe it or not, it actually has nine less in total now! Next month there will be something a bit more interesting, with any luck, but eh, Technique and Kina's art is a better update than you get at most websites! So quit yer bitching.
March 1, 2008: 8:44 p.m.: What, is it once-every-two-month updates now? Geez. Sorry about that. But hey, there is fresh new Technique for Hybrid Theory fans, as well as two awesome new pieces of HT fanart, and one new cel in the appropriate gallery! Enjoy!
January 1, 2008: 10:52 p.m.: Sorry about the long delay between updates. Some personal issues came up. Hopefully after January things will get back to normal and Technique will be released along the once-a-week-or-two we originally envisioned, rather than actually somehow managing to be slower than the last five Hybrid Theory chapters despite being 1/100 of their length. But for the moment, enjoy the one that's up! Next time, fanart! I swear! Really!
-October 1, 2007: 11;40 p.m.: Surprise! For you lucky faithful checkers, there is an update! First off, for you Hybrid Theory fans, go check out the first part of Technique. What is Technique? Go see! And for you people with good taste, there is a new, prettier, expanded Anna gallery in the first Ranma gallery section! Whee!
-September 1, 2007: 9:30 a.m.: And after only a month off, here it is! The end! That's it! If you don't know what I'm talking about, too bad! There'd be more goodies, but both Aaron and Chris are on vacation this week so be lucky it's up at all! There'll be some goodies soon enough! Seriously, thanks for everyone who read Hybrid Theory. We hope you enjoy the ending!
-July 1, 2007: 11:55 p.m.: Happy Canada day! And please enjoy the end of the penultimate chapter of Hybrid Theory! See if you can guess which scene Blade killed himself for three weeks on rewriting! And while you're at it, please also enjoy two new fanarts from wonderful reader Rebecca! Next time will be The End. Seriously. Finally. Once and for all. See you there.
-June 3, 2007: 2:31 a.m.: Hey, what'd I tell you? Half-chapter is GO! Unlike the last time we did this, it isn't because the "half" a chapter is longer than any actual chapter before that, either. No, it's actually a reasonable siz! By our standards. Enjoy, and don't worry, the second half will be out on the first of next month, without any doubt whatsoever! Huzzah!
-June 1, 2007: 11:54 p.m.: Sorry, no half-chapter yet. It's still being preread, and while it's okay to post a sidestory before it's totally polished, we're leery of doing so for the penultimate chapter of Hybrid Theory itself. Don't worry though, you'll see it soon. However, as a consolation, we have two EXTRA-SPECIAL HYBRID THEORY GOODIES: a new fanart (on the fanart page, obv.), and the totally awesome Secret Origin of Shingo, linked to on the HT page itself. They're both awesome, we promise.
-May 2, 2007: 4:42 a.m.: The plan was to say we'd moved to British Columbia (and then, Hawaii) to post this update right on time on May 1st. And then even that proved impossible. How pathetic is THAT? But goddamnit, there IS story here. One fresh-picked, mostly democratically elected sidestory, that because we are retarded, is as long as a chapter anyway. Yaaaaaaay! There's also ANOTHER extra-large cel gallery update! There's also a new Hybrid Theory fanart, but it's so late I didn't feel I could do it enough justice, so it'll be out next month. And so will Chapter 29, or BY GOD I WILL be right here making lame excuses!
-March 31, 2007: 1:58 a.m.: Heya, sorry about the almost-missed month, even though after finishing Hybrid Theory, monthly updates will probably go the way of the dodo anyway. Find the explanation for the delay, as well as a cool poll you NEED to respond to RIGHT NOW on the Hybrid Theory page. As an apology for the delay, there's a cool, extra-large update over in the cel gallery as well, so enjoy, and we'll see you in week or so!
-Febuary 1, 2007: 11:37 p.m.: Welcome! Blade isn't home right now so this update is all mine, MINE! What do you mean you have no idea who I am? Ungrateful little... Anyway, Hybrid Thoery is back with our single longest chapter! Oh god, please don't let the next one be longer. Also, new character guides for the first time since... a long time. Including character guides for... well, that would be spoilers. Also, apparently Chris has more cells or something. Like I care.
-January 1, 2007: 11:52 p.m.: Unfortunately, all good things must end. And with this month ends our 28-month streak of having a new Hybrid Theory chapter/portion/sidestory every month. Writing continues apace, but the huge size of the recent chapters coupled with the holidays making almost half the month unavailable for writing meant it simply wasn't possible to get the next portion out. But don't worry, next month without fail we'll have all the huge fight sceney goodness you crave. In the meantime, take solace with some new Tenshi Ni Narumon/I Wanna Be An Angel cels, and a huge new image gallery devoted to Elfen Lied!
-December 1, 2006: 11:38 p.m.: This isn't our biggest update ever, mostly due to ginormous amounts of busyness this month. But you got a huge gallery and essay and crap last month, so quit your bitching! This month brings to you a wonderful new half of a Hybrid Theory chapter that's as long as a real chapter anyway, as well as two AWESOME new Hybrid Theory "fan"arts commissioned from AC Cubed. Enjoy!
-November 1, 2006: 10:26 p.m.: Oh, a biggie this month! First, a really goddamn huge Hybrid Theory chapter, to be followed by something even more unbelievably huge next month. Second, a spectacularly huge Rune Soldier Louie gallery, which you should all check out and be entranced by the awesomeness that is Rune Soldier Louie. Third, a new cel, which isn't a "huge" update except it's FUCKING AWESOME. Fourth, an essay/fanfic telling you the hard-hitting truth about Tenchi OAV3, which is mostly that "Noike blows diseased goats, and OAV3 is the diseased goat she is blowing". Whee!
-October 1, 2006: 2:23 a.m.: It's a Tenamonya Voyagers-a-riffic update! I take great pride in the fact that is a sentence that has never been, and will never be again, uttered in the English language. But yes, there is a new gallery of Tenamonya Voyagers screencaps (in Other Images II), as well as a new Hybrid Theory... uh... side-story. Hey, don't bitch, OTHER fanfic authors just don't update at all when they're behind schedule. Also, there is a fricking gorgeous new Hybrid Theory fanart of Kalia and Akira - check it out!
-September 1, 2006: 11:25 p.m.: A latie but a goodie, this update includes your expected new Hybrid Theory goodness, a whopping ONE new character guide, a bunch of new cels, and new Hybrid Theory fanart that is totally awesome! Yay!
-July 27, 2006: 1:39 a.m.: Surprise! Because Blade's going out of province for a week, the update is occuring early! There's not much to it other than the expected Hybrid Theory chapter, but that's because in the last month Blade created an entire new site. Go take a look in the links section and check out Memories Of I-Praseru, the new premiere english-language Evil Zone/Eretzvaju shrine!
-July 1, 2006: 3:21 p.m.: Another update, yes indeed! Not a huge one this month, but what do you expect, it's Canada Day? I have better things to do then scan To Heart cels, so they'll be next month. However, as always, you can look forward to a wonderful new chapter of Hybrid Theory, character guide for same, and, uh, that's about it! But enjoy it anyway!
-June 1, 2006: 1:30 a.m.: Wow, it's been a few months since we updated early. Up is the new Hybrid Theory, as well as new character guides, including to SKULLOMANIA! Check it! Also, there's two new pieces of Hybrid Theory fanart, w00t! And, as promised, new Tsubasa (and over 300 pictures of other people) in the Torayame no Hanayome galleries in the third set of Ranma galleries! Finally, two new cels of green-haired awesomeness in the brand new Sailor Moon cel gallery! Vive la production!
-May 1, 2006: 8:50 p.m.: It's Fungus Month here at C&A Productions, with all the Tsubasa Kurenai you can handle! New DVD screencaps and fresh manga scans in his gallery are just the tip of the iceberg! There's also well over 100 screencaps from the Miss Beachside episode where he also appeared, in their own gallery! Check em out in the Ranma gallery sections. And next month will have even MORE Fungus! How can that be, you might ask, when aside from a cameo in Movie 1 and Tendo Family Christmas Scramble that's all the times Tsubasa appears in the series? Well, you'll just have to wait and find out! As well, there's sweet new cels (there's almost a Sailor Moon-only cel gallery now!), a new full-length chapter of Hybrid Theory, and... NO character guides, 'cause no new characters appeared in this chapter! NONE! AT ALL! V'WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
-April 1, 2006: 4:01 a.m.: Yes, it's the real update this time. All the real update you're getting, anyway. Two new cels in the gallery, and the extra-special Hybrid Theory April Fool's special! Extra-special because it's not the one we promised, but a last minute substitute! But don't worry, it's still awesome.
-March 1, 2006: 11:58 p.m.: Oh shit no time uh anyway new chapter holy shit new character guides pretty much it big surprise next month enjoy~!
-February 1, 2006: 3:17 a.m.: I have no shtick for this update blurb, on account of extreme tiredness. So I'll just tell you it consists of the expected Hybrid Theory chapter and guides, as well as new cels, and five brand-new sections in the Sailor Moon gallery along with a smattering of other pictures and a LOT of hate-filled ranting, all from Super S. Sorry, I'll try to be wackier next month.
-January 1, 2006: 2:52 a.m.: And the first update of the next! It's even in a sort of timely fashion, comparative to usual! Along with the usual new Hybrid Theory chapter and crapload of character guides therefore, there is also an awesome new fanart by Kina de Grasse for it, so check it out, y'all. Due to Christmas and New Years and other such things, there's no new cels this month, BUT there is an entire new webpage, as Blade has taken over Target Practice, the web's premiere Bulleta/B.B. Hood shrine (who also appears in Hybrid Theory, coincidentally). Check it out in the links!
-December 1, 2005: 10:27 p.m.: The last update of the year! It should have been up yesterday, too. It's all my girlfriend's fault! She was too sick to do the cel galleries with me last night. Damn fragile women! I can say this cause she's too sick to kick my ass. Er, right now. Whoops. Anyway, this update features new Hybrid Theory, new guides, and a whole CRAPLOAD of new Hybrid Theory fanart, doubling the total! Check it out even if you don't read HT (though I doubt you're here if you don't), because it's seriously nice stuff (and I paid a lot of money for it). As well, there's new cels, but that was kind of obvious.
-November 1, 2005: 11:55 p.m.: Geez, even closer to the wire than usual, and files are uploading as we speak. In addition to the dependable new Hybrid Theory chapter and guides, as well as the obligatory new cels, this month also feature two new pieces of Hybrid Theory fanart, and a brand oshioki-ing new Sailor Moon gallery! Enjoy, y'all.
-October 1, 2005: 10:13 p.m.: Oh yeah, who loves ya, baby? New Hybrid Theory, new guides, new cels. Isn't it nice to have predictable goodness?
-September 1, 2005: 10:56 p.m.: A bunch of stuff this month. New Hybrid Theory and new guides, of course, but also new cels! Wait, that's every month. Okay, so it's pretty much like every month. BUT... all you Canadian readers make sure you watch "Me, My House, and I" (on the W! network) on September 8th to see Blade's awesome cameo appearence! Or, uh, wait until the episode where he has a major role airs, I suppose.
-August 1, 2005: 12:16 a.m.: That's right, it's early! And not only is it early, there's actual content this time! A new Variable Geo gallery, new cels, new Hybrid Theory, new character guides! It's an extravaganza of multimedia entertainment!
-July 1, 2005: 11:09 p.m: Back to normal. It's been a hectic month, so unfortunately, not a huge update this time. New Hybrid Theory, new character guides... that's pretty much it. But there'll be a ton of new cels and stuff next month, promise! It's a good chapter of Hybrid Theory, anyway. Or at least a long one. So enjoy!
-May 31, 2005: 10:44 p.m.: Woah, what an interesting coincidence of timing. Except we're a day early on the update! Why? Because Blade sleeps at nights now, and he can't do it tomorrow because he'll be too busy appearing in a TV show. Oh yes, it's true. It's damn true. Stew in your own envious juices, all you little people. This month, we have a new Hybrid Theory chapter, more new character guides than Blade cares to think about, updates to the The List, more new cels, and almost 300 Rival Schools pictures in a brand-new gallery! Don't worry, stardom hasn't changed us! We still love you! Just don't touch us with your filthy, filthy low-class hands, please.
-May 1, 2005: 10:44 p.m.: It's no longer really a novelty that we're updating, is it? And it's definately no novelty that there's a new HYBRID THEORY chapter for you lucky, lucky readers! Go, read, enjoy! Also enjoy the snappy new character guides for Hybrid Theory, which will be a pretty much monthly occurance from now on as well. Also enjoy the new cels in the cel gallery, which if Blade's girlfriend continues to buy cels for him at her current pace, will ALSO be monthly! Rejoice!
-April 2, 2005: 11:52 p.m.: Just call us the kings of under-the-wire updates. Included in this month's is the REAL Hybrid Theory Chapter 10, as well as a small character guide update, and a whole new section of the site devoted to Blade's ever-increasing cel collection. If you like cels, or art, or are interesting in buying, selling or trading them, check it out!
-April 1, 2005: 11:14 p.m.: Well, so much for updating early, but whattaya expect? There is absolutely NOTHING this month, aside from a new chapter of Hybrid Theory, which frankly sort of sucks and I doubt anybody will read it. There's not even any new character guides; but then again, the cast is already so big I doubt we'll bother to introduce anybody new until the end of the fanfic. Blessed be, all ye faithful!
-March 1, 2005: 1:56 a.m.: Another month of not skirting the deadline, even though Blade no longer has job concerns! It is astounding, is it not? Well, this month there is... new Hybrid Theory! Like every month! There's also new Hybrid Theory character guides! Like there will be every month from here on in! And Blade updated his favourite characters list! Like anybody cares! Back on Hybrid Theory, each chapter after the first now has a little introductory segment recapping important events from previous chapters! This will also happen every month! And that's pretty much it! Thank you, thank you, and please, tip your wait staff!
-February 1, 2005: 4:50 a.m.: Wow, we're not skating along at the edge of the deadline this month! Mainly because Blade has to work until about ~11:30 p.m., meaning the deadline would be missed if we waited for it! So enjoy this super-special ALMOST 19-hour-early update! There is new Hybrid Theory! There is new Hybrid Theory fanart! There are new Hybrid Theory character guides! There is... actually, that's about it. But, really, what more could any man, woman, or vegetable ask for?
-January 1, 2005, 11:48 p.m.: Hey, a full ten minutes earlier than last month! And, uh, sorry about the lack of SUPAR-SPECIAL XMAS BONUS UPLOAD... basically, the thing that was GOING to be that, we decided would be funnier if we waited for a few chapters on it. Trust us. But, we've got cool extra stuff for you anyway! In addition to the now-standard new Hybrid Theory chapter you all crave, we also have the Hybrid Theory Character Guide! Check it out, it's probably not what you think! Also, note on the Hybrid Theory main page, the addition of an exciting new extra to whatever chapters we bother to do one for: ALTERNATE THEORY! That's right, we don't just steal ideas from Alan Harnum: we steal them from Blue Seed! Whee!
-December 1, 2004, 11:58 p.m.: Holy shit no time to babble here only the chapter for right now look for SUPAR-SPECIAL XMAS BONUS UPLOAD later in month kthx bye!
-November 1, 2004, 1:46 a.m.: Teee-hee-hee! Regular release schedules are awesome! And champions of justice make Akane so hot! But that's another story. Anyway, we have a brand new chapter of Hybrid Theory for you, so be awed and grateful, all dozen or two of you here to see it! In addition, the Fanart section is, at long last, up and running! And, last but not least, the two-months-overdue Utena Sega Saturn non-Screencap images section is also good to go! Worship us! And hey, did you notice it's at the BEGINNING of the first this got uploaded, instead of less than an hour before midnight? Are we awesome or WHAT?
-October 1, 2004, 11:30 p.m.: And yet another last-possible-second update! But it is an update, and it is on time, so yay! This month, aside from the latest fight-scene-a-riffic Hybrid Theory chapter, we also have a crudload of screencaps from the Variable Geo OAVs for your viewing pleasure. Reason #83 Why Variable Geo Is The Classiest Martial Art Waitress Strippers Anime Ever: the lolicon girl NEVER gets naked! It's true, it's true. Next month I actually WILL have the other Utena Saturn game stuff, promise, and also some brand-new fanart, which will require Blade to actually DO the fanart section! Whee!
-September 1, 2004, 11:25 p.m.: Hizzay, not as last minute as last month! I'm really the shizzle at this deadline thing, aren't I? Anyway, with a new month comes a new chapter of Hybrid Theory, and y'all should be checking it out, yo. In addition, this update includes a stupendous amount of bling bling from the Revolutionary Girl Utena Sega Saturn game, which took, like, TWO MONTHS to do, convert, clean, join pans, and make galleries of, so y'all better represent, dawgz. Why am I talking in rap-speak, instead of third person? Ummm....word.
-August 1, 2004, 11:45 p.m.: YES! Just made it in time for having the significant upload on the 1st. Yay me! I mean, yay Blade! Can't break my third-person narrative. I mean, Blade's third-person...well, you get it. Anyway, this was a quick update, mostly for the purpose of uploading Hybrid Theory Chapter 2. So go check it out (and Chapter 1, in the fairly likely event you haven't read it). In addition to that, as promised, the other Shiori gallery in the Utena section of the image galleries has been uploaded. We plan to upload a new chapter of Hybrid Theory on the 1st of each month until it's done...let's see if we succeed! Okay, we probably won't, but it's a nice dream, right?
-July 23, 2004, 2:13 a.m.: Okay, so this time, it wasn't Osama Bin Laden's fault. Blade's just a lazy ass that tries to do wayyyyy too much stuff at once. So, what's new? Well, there's a new fanfic out now, Hybrid Theory, which you should check out because Blade gives his PERSONAL GUARANTEE that it will continue to come out until at least Chapter 8. Barring a simultaneous three-hard-drive crash which wipes out everything we've written so far, anyway. Updates will be on a more or less monthly basis. Also, a bunch of new galleries have been added, notably a crapload of new Tenchi stuff, a new gallery of Shiori in the Utena section, and of course some Ranma stuff. Remember: our galleries are AWESOME, because not only do they have kickass pics, they also have kickass, amazingly funny writeups! Except the ones that don't. There's new links too, notably to Checkmate Studios, as well as some link banners so we can be linked to. So get out of here and start hunting it all down!
-October 23rd, 2003, 2:38 a.m.: Blade has a very personal beef with Osama Bin Laden. Why? BECAUSE HE KILLED BLADE'S WEBPAGE. Yep. Really. The power outages caused by the attacks on the World Trade Center killed the Crosswinds server that hosted Blade's webpages. So no more webpage. Gone. Kaput. So why didn't Blade just reupload the pages? Well, if you have to ask, you've obviously never used Crosswinds. Their free service allows you to upload files to your webspace 10 at a time. 10 at a time. These webpages are composed of 3909 files. Blade loves his fans. He doesn't love them that much. So he eventually kissed goodbye to Crosswinds, bought real webspace on Portal of Evil Hosting, and totally revamped the whole damn thing. I'd mention what was updated, but who the hell memorised the page from 2001? Practically everything is updated anyway, so check it out! Make all the long hours of work worthwhile! Oh, and Blade feels the need to mention that his worthless co-author was finally not so worthless, and actually helped with some of the sections in this massive revamp. So, yay. What are you still reading this crap for? Shoo, go explore the page!
-August 21st, 12:27 p.m.: (sigh) Famous last words, right? Well, there were a few file problems that prevented me from opening the page before I left for Africa. Then, -in- Africa, I got hit by a truck and spent the next several months in the hospital. But all turns out well, for now I am living the ultimate Net otaku's dream: I have Net access in my room, and I CAN'T WALK, so nobody expects me to do anything else! Wai! And so, accordingly...THE PAGE IS DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FINALLY! AFTER OVER A YEAR OF CONSTANTLY REDESIGNING AND FIXING THIS BASTARD, I'M DONE!! B'WAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!
-April 22nd, 9:22 p.m.: After (yet another) hiatus where (yet again) nothing of particular importance got done, I did (yet another) round of hacking and slashing, redesigned the frame structure (yet again), and have declared this baby fit to be opened (finally!). A couple of small pix to be uploaded, and then this page, which has tormented me for damn near a year, will be ready...right before I go to Africa and possibly never update it again. Sigh. Oh well, I don't care. I have invested too much effort to stop now! You'll get this page, like it or not! Hah!
-December 31st, 7:13 a.m.: Got back from vacation, decided I wanted to have this page done before the next millennium (that's the REAL next millennium, not tomorrow, for those who think the media actually has a clue what it's talking about) and thus did some serious hacking and slashing. I'll add other stuff when I feel like it. The bright side is, that leaves me with one more page to code, and then upload a bunch of files, and then...yaaaay!...we're ready to go. And the Anime Web Turnpike is -finally- back on-line, so I can actually add the page to it. Now, if Crosswinds could just refrain from demolishing my files again, things would actually look hopeful...
-December 14th, some time or other: Reloaded the majority of the page after Crosswinds ate the damn thing during their lovely little server upgrade. I'd switch to Xoom, but they require some stupid FTP program which I can't load on the computers I'm using. So it's still Crosswinds, even if I'm ticked off at them. Oh well. I refurbished the format of the page, changed oodles of things and added a few more. I won't bother detailing everything, because a) it'd take too long, and b) nobody's at the page anyway since it still isn't open (which leads one to wonder why I bother doing this. Stress relief, I guess). Anyway, suffice it to say the page is really, truly, almost done this time. And I've got a bunch of nifty new logos too.
-July 27th, 10:38 a.m.: Added the Reviews section, and the Fanfic Reviews subsection. Messed around a little bit elsewhere, including with the About Blade and Epsilon section. Reformatted some things; added Ani-chan in Futureland.
-July 26th, 12:07 p.m.: Added the quotes page and first set of same, plus resized the default frame bar a bit. Maybe my worthless coauthor will stop complaining at me now. Oh, and look for the Kalia shrine to be up fairly soon...
-July 21st, 10:08 a.m.: Bunch of redesigned stuff added, fixed up the El Hazard: Vengeance icon, and added info on The Altima Cycle. Getting slowly closer to completion...which is good, 'cause aside from a handful of previewers nobody's even SEEING this yet. ;p
-July 14th, 10:02 a.m.: Blade added a whole bunch of new crap to the site, including new fanfics, more formatted fanfic, the Prereader section, the "other stuff" subsection, and nifty new icons and such. Is it not cool? Now Blade only has to slave away with no appreciation or help from his coauthor for a week or so more before this site is ready to be released to the thankless masses! Whee! (Oh, and isn't Latin nifty?)
(Designer's note: okay, so it was more like six months or so before the site was ready to be released to the worthless masses. Tough shit, eh?)
-June 16th, 12:07 p.m.: Blade designed and loaded the links page, no thanks to his worthless co-author, who had gone three weeks without getting the URL's asked for. Not that Blade is bitter. Hey, the page is almost ready to open, assuming Blade's worthless co-author gets off his butt and formats the rest of the fanfics! Not that Blade is implying anything!
-June 15th, 9:18 a.m.: Updated this for the sake of updating. Many files have been uploaded; some are even formatted! Also just uploaded The Ties that Bind, and added links to our new Improfanfic parts.
-May 12th, 12:28 p.m.: Loaded it online. Assuming I stick with Crosswinds, anyway. Boy, isn't it anal how I list the times as well as dates? ;p
-May 12th, about 3:03 a.m.: Made this sucker. Understandably, I haven't had too many updates yet.
