A Doll, from Germany like her partner Juni, and representing the month of July. Juli is seemingly the leader of the pair, and often takes the front position in both combat and social interaction. While less seemingly-robotic than her partner, she is still very cold and unemotional. Her combat techniques are extremely similar to those of the rogue Doll Cammy, but that may not mean anything, since all the Dolls were trained by Vega.
Her real name is probably Julia. Other than that, nothing is known for sure about her.
