Eike here, (that's right, the cute blonde in the banner) is the resident fanservice. Er...I mean, psychic ship's counsellor. He's got the typical range of ESP powers, telepathy, passive empathy, and he -may- end up with a smidge of telekinesis as well. He, like most ESPers in the 3 Jewels universe, was bio-engineered and trained by the government to serve as a bridge between individuals. People like him have been used to sort out many of mankinds disputes, and people like him and their ability to bring minds together are part of why mankind has largely eliminated large scale wars.
